La Flor Dominicana Capitulo II (which means ‘chapter 2’) is expertly blended by the masterful, Litto Gomez, in his state-of-the-art Dominican cigar palace. A bold, reddish Nicaraguan wrapper pleasantly enrobes an Ecuador binder and a Dominican filler to present a raisin-like sweetness accented with notes of leather, earth, and spices. These are so freaking good. Tons of fresh cedar and pepper, and a mushrooms earthy savory notes beneath. It’s also just one of the most athletically pleasing cigars out there in my opinion, not as something super refined with a perfect smooth Davidoff wrapper, but it has that beautiful rustic Colorado wrapper, and the chisel to top it off. They smoke great and taste great, and these things burn forever. I could get 2.5 hours out of one if I took my time.
