This is part of the unicorn series and it’s difficult to not be influenced by how hard it is to get, but for those who like a smoky brisket with an oriental flavor, you are not going to be disappointed. If you can get two, smoke one now and put the other in the cellar for five years. I am sure this is going to age beautifully.
