Price Match Guarantee covers one price match per identical item, per customer, at the current pre-tax price available to all customers.
Price Match Guarantee does not include competitors’ free or promotional items such as free cutters, lighters, or additional cigars. Each cigar retailer, including Oxford Cigar Company, receives additional promotional items from suppliers and cannot be replicated in most cases.
Price Match Guarantee does not include boxes currently out-of-stock, or in-store-only purchases, and cannot be applied to back-order items.
The Price Match Guarantee offered by Oxford can only be applied to our own sales and promotions within 15 days from the original purchase. This guarantee is applicable for all products, including pre-orders and special order items.
