We use this information to analyze trends, administer and secure the Service, understand how visitors use the Service, prevent fraud, and improve and personalize your experience.
Information from third parties. We may receive information about you from third parties, including age- and identity-verification services, fraud-prevention services, payment processors, shipping carriers, package protection providers, analytics providers, and advertising partners, and we may combine it with information we collect.
2. How We Use Information

3. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share personal information only as described below:
Service providers. We share information with third parties who perform services on our behalf, including: payment processors; shipping and delivery carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS); package protection and claims providers (currently ShipInsure; previously Route for orders protected under our prior program); age- and identity-verification providers; fraud-prevention services; website hosting, IT, and security providers; email, SMS, and marketing platform providers; and analytics providers. These providers are authorized to use your information only as necessary to provide services to us.
Advertising partners. Third-party ad servers or ad networks may use cookies, JavaScript, pixels, or web beacons in advertisements and links appearing on or relating to the Service. These technologies automatically receive your IP address and are used to measure advertising effectiveness and to personalize advertising content. Oxford Cigar Company does not control the cookies used by third-party advertisers; their practices are governed by their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to review.
Legal compliance and protection. We may access, preserve, and disclose information if we believe doing so is required or appropriate to: comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental or regulatory request (including requests from law enforcement and regulators such as the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and state tobacco authorities); enforce our Terms & Conditions and other agreements, including investigation of potential violations; detect, prevent, or address fraud, chargebacks, security, or technical issues; or protect the rights, property, or safety of the Company, our customers, or others.
Business transfers. If the Company is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of all or a portion of its business or assets, information we hold may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to standard confidentiality protections. We may also share information with our affiliates and subsidiaries.
With your consent. We may share information for any other purpose disclosed to you at the time of collection or with your consent.
Mobile / SMS opt-in data. We do not share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in and consent data with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with any third parties, excluding vendors and service providers acting on our behalf solely to deliver our messaging program.
4. Cookies and Tracking Choices
You can set your browser to refuse some or all cookies or to alert you when cookies are being set. If you disable cookies, some parts of the Service may not function properly. For more information about managing cookies, consult your browser’s documentation.
Do Not Track. Some browsers transmit “Do Not Track” (DNT) signals. Because there is no industry standard for responding to DNT signals, the Service does not currently respond to them.

In the event of a breach affecting your personal information, we will provide any notifications required by applicable law. Any information you transmit to us is provided at your own risk.
7. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to satisfy legal, tax, regulatory, accounting, age-verification, and record-keeping requirements applicable to sellers of tobacco products; to resolve disputes and chargebacks; and to enforce our agreements. If not, retain this policy as written and revisit annually.]
