With our rewards program, you earn 1 point for every 1 dollar spent. To start we give you 100 points just for signing up. Once you obtain 250 points you can redeem it for a $10 savings on your next purchase. Want to earn more, write a review and get an additional 75 points for every review submitted. It’s that easy, so don’t overpay.

Program Disclosure

The Oxford Cigar Company Rewards Program is one way in which Oxford Cigar Company strives to reward and thank our loyal customers for supporting our stores. Members of Oxford Cigar Company Rewards can earn and accumulate “Oxford Points” that can be redeemed for program benefits, also known as the “Oxford Rewards Program,” on the Oxford Cigar Company website. The Oxford Cigar Company Rewards Program currently offers One Point for every dollar spent:

Every $1.00 = 1 Oxford Point

Your Oxford Points may be redeemed at any time, just so long as the needed Oxford Points are accumulated for your desired item or discount.

* Eligible products and discounts are subject to change without notice and may be subject to quantity limits, price limits, and/or management discretion on limited-release products, new products, or insufficient inventory levels. Discounts can not be combined.

For every 250 Oxford Points accumulated, $10 Oxford Points will be rewarded. These Oxford Points can be used toward any future purchase or can be exchanged for special cigar merchandise.

Oxford Points can be accumulated to a maximum of 5000 Oxford Points or $200 Oxford Points. This is the maximum amount that can be used in a single transaction. Any additional Oxford Points will roll over toward the next purchase.

Oxford Points can be redeemed in increments of $10 CB / 250 Oxford Points only, up to the max of $200 CB / 5000 Oxford Points in a single transaction.

Oxford Points can be used toward any premium cigar purchases, or cigar merchandise or can be traded for specially priced purchases. Oxford Points cannot be used for tax payment, cannot be redeemed for gift certificates, or cash, and may only be used by the loyalty cardholder.

Online Steps to Begin Earning Rewards

  1. Visit the Oxford Cigar Company web store at www.oxfordcigarcompany.com and browse our vast selection of premium cigars, cigar accessories, humidors, and much more. Each product on our site will illustrate how many points can be earned with each purchase.
  2. After you have added items to your shopping cart, simply proceed to checkout. This is where you will be prompted to “Log in” if you have an existing Oxford Cigar Company Account, or you can create an account. Note: You must sign in to your account, or create an account to sign up for the Oxford Cigar Company Rewards Program and earn points.
  3. Proceed to “Make Payment” to complete your transaction. Congratulations you have just earned Oxford Reward Points!
  4. After you click “Make Payment” to complete the checkout process, your Oxford Points are automatically rounded up, accumulated, and added to your account which can be seen in your account portal.

How to use Rewards Oxford Points on our website

  1. For every 250 Oxford Points accumulated, $10 Oxford Points will be rewarded. These Oxford Points can be used toward any future purchases. Oxford Points can be accumulated to a maximum of 5000 Oxford Points or $200 (Oxford Points). This is the maximum amount that can be used in a single transaction. Any additional Oxford Points will roll over toward the next purchase. Oxford Points can be redeemed in increments of $10 / 250 Oxford Points, up to the max of $200 / 5000 Oxford Points in a single transaction.

*The associated amount of Oxford Points used will then be deducted from your Oxford Points account total.*

Miscellaneous

Currently, there are no membership fees associated with the Oxford Cigar Company Rewards Program. Oxford Points accumulated under the program are promotional and have no cash value.

Your Oxford Points, Rewards, and your account are personal to you and may not be sold, transferred assigned to, or shared with family, friends, or anyone else. You may have only one Oxford Cigar Company Rewards account per user.

Oxford Cigar Company reserves the right to terminate your account and/or your participation in the Oxford Cigar Company Rewards Program if Oxford Cigar Company determines in its sole discretion that you have violated these Terms of Use, you have more than one account, or that the use of your account is unauthorized, fraudulent or otherwise unlawful.

Oxford Cigar Company also reserves the right to “unregister” and make persons ineligible for Oxford Cigar Company Rewards who have been inactive for two (2) consecutive years. Inactive is defined as no Oxford Points earned.

Oxford Cigar Company reserves the right to terminate, discontinue, modify, or cancel the Oxford Cigar Company Rewards Program at any time and at its sole discretion without notice.

75 Oxford Points can be earned with every valid purchase review with minimum requirements of 120 characters and be of substance related to the purchase.

All unused Oxford Points will expire after 12 months.

This loyalty program cannot be used for wholesale accounts or shared accounts. Oxford Cigar Company reserves the right to terminate or change this reward/loyalty program at any time without notice.

Oxford Cigar Company reserves the right to change, modify, and/or eliminate Oxford Cigar Company Rewards Program and/or these Terms of Use or any policy, or guideline pertaining to Oxford Cigar Company Rewards at any time. Your participation in the Oxford Cigar Company Rewards Program confirms your acceptance of these Terms of Use and any such changes or modifications; therefore, you should review these Terms of Use and applicable policies frequently to understand the terms and conditions that apply to the Oxford Cigar Company Rewards Program. If you do not agree to the Terms of Use, you must stop participating in the Oxford Cigar Company Rewards Program.

This program is not targeted towards, nor intended for use by, anyone under the age of 21. If you are under the age of 21, you may not use the Oxford Cigar Company Rewards Program.
