I love Padrons figurados. The tapered head adds just the resistance I want to the open draw that all Padrons have, and concentrates the flavors in a very nice way. This cigar is loaded with chocolate, espresso, and dark fruity notes. One of my favorites.

The Padron 1926 No. 2 Belicoso Maduro is a beautifully crafted cigar with a flawless construction as can be expected from any Padron. The cold draw reveals earthy raisin and chocolate. On the first draw, dark chocolate and espresso flavors emerge, accompanied by smoothness and complexity.
In the second third, the cigar remains smooth with continued flavors from the first third with the added notes of toasted, introducing cedar and occasional hints of licorice.
The final third combines all the previous flavors for an epic flavor bomb of licorice, espresso, dark chocolate, toast and earth.
Compared to the natural version, the Maduro is sweeter and slightly less full-bodied.

It’s a Padron and it’s in my favourite shape. These are always consistent. Burn, flavour…everything always the same year in and year out. Timeless classic, full bodied, strong and wonderful.
