Terms and Conditions

Our Price Match Guarantee covers one price match per identical item, per customer, based on the current pre-tax price available to all customers.

The Price Match Guarantee does not include:

  • Competitors’ free or promotional items, such as free cutters, lighters, or bonus cigars (each retailer, including Oxford Cigar Company, receives unique promotional items from suppliers that cannot be replicated)

  • Products are currently out of stock or available only through in-store purchases

  • Back-order, auction, giveaway, lottery, raffle, or pre-order items

Price Protection: If Oxford Cigar Company reduces the price of an item you purchased within 15 days of your original purchase date, we will refund you the difference. This applies to all products, including pre-orders and special order items.

The Price Match Guarantee at Oxford Cigar Company is subject to management approval and may be modified at any time.
