The wrapper is so beautiful to the eye with veins protruding with an equally beautiful cigar band. The blue band against the dark wrapper is some feat. Cocoa, malt and pepper were the most noticeable flavors. Started off great for me but it died down on the final 3rd. Not sure why. Limited releases and a hit or miss.

This Valacari was not exactly a bad cigar, however, didn´t had much to offer for a fourteen bucks smoke. Despite all it was enjoyable until the draw and the construction in general went down. Not worth it.

For me, this was a very good cigar. Started with a mild base of earth and dark chocolate, distinctly there but not overbearing. Overlaid over this base was a lighter counterpoint of bread/yeast and some malted sweetness with an occasional bit of salt and minerality. The burn was generally good although one re-light was needed near the end. Very enjoyable. Smoking time was about 95 minutes.

This was an interesting blend for me. The main notes I get from this is a mineral note. There is a dark roast coffee note that I get and some white pepper. The flavors were ok but nothing that wowed me. My main issue with this was the construction. I’ve had to relight this 6+ times as it didn’t hold and ash and I could not keep this lit. The draw was fine but the roll on this wasn’t great. Probably won’t revisit this as they have other blends I prefer that didn’t have the construction issue I had here.
