Ashton ESG initiates with pronounced cream and wood notes, building into layers of chocolate, almond, and sweet bread that set it apart from other Ashton releases. Leather and coffee emerge as secondary flavors, supported by a backbone of subtle cedar and spice. The profile remains polished and smooth throughout, displaying superb construction with each cigar—never wavering in burn or draw. The aroma is nuanced, complex, and progresses beautifully as the cigar ages.
Compared with Ashton VSG, the ESG expresses greater refinement and balance. The signature Colorado Maduro wrapper brings unique aroma and nuanced flavor, deepening over time in the humidor. Most reviewers agree ESG shines best in larger vitolas, with the No. 24 and No. 20 often recommended for longest aging potential. Aston ESG series worth to have .In my opinion 24 is my most favorite sizes . If the price goes down as before it will be the best option for you.

Super refined cigar. Not a single moment of unpleasantness from start to finish. Chocolate, bread, almond, wood. Very consistent. Not necessarily incredibly complex. I don’t enjoy them as much as I enjoy Plasencias, but an ESG definitely does not disappoint.

Aston ESG series never disappoints me. Compared with VSG, its aroma is more complex and varied, and it is worth savoring. 24 and 20 are my favorite sizes, and they need to be aged for more than one year.
