Liga Privada Cigars
Liga Privada, meaning “private blend” in Spanish, is Drew Estate’s ultra-premium cigar line originally developed in 2006 by Jonathan Drew, Steve Saka, and Nicholas Melillo as a personal smoke never intended for public sale. Anchored by the flagship No. 9 (Connecticut Broadleaf Oscuro wrapper) and the T52 (Connecticut Stalk-Cut Sun Grown Habano wrapper), both built over Brazilian Mata Fina binders and Honduran/Nicaraguan fillers, Liga Privada delivers full-bodied, deeply complex cigars with notes of dark chocolate, espresso, leather, and black pepper—hand-rolled by Drew Estate’s most elite rollers at La Gran Fabrica in Estelí, Nicaragua, with the limited-edition Unico Serie showcasing rare, one-off blends from the original development process.
