If you’re a fan of the Davidoff Signature or Grand Cru, this is a cigar you will enjoy; plenty of medium-roast coffee and nuts, a bit of cream, and minimal-to-no spicy-ness at all (zero ‘pepper’). This is a cigar best smoked on a clean palate with a milk coffee of some type (I’d suggest a decent cappuccino). This is not a cigar for someone looking for a ‘kick’, nor for someone who wants something with a super complex range of flavours. This is basically a European breakfast cigar, both in size and flavour, and if that’s what you’re in the mood for, then this is just as good as similar-styled offerings from Davidoff, but at a much better price point. One star deducted only because while very good, there’s nothing fundamentally ‘unique’ here.
