Tasting notes evoke dark chocolate, cocoa, black coffee, dried fruit, black pepper, cedar, earthiness, and even a touch of spearmint and nuts—making this a “dessert-like” experience that’s perfect as an after-dinner treat or a morning maduro with coffee. Some enthusiasts describe a hint of jalapeño and spice (“hot cocoa stirred with a fresh jalapeño”), calling the blend a “flavor bomb” that’s never overpowering and incredibly box-worthy. The box-press construction is perfect, with a mellow yet bold profile that expands with each draw and is beloved by both beginners and die-hard maduro fans.

One of my all time favorite cigars. I still remember the first one I had, and I’ve gone through any boxes since then. This is a perfectly spicy chocolatey masterpiece. It’s like a cup of hot cocoa stirred with a fresh jalapeño. I think they present the broadleaf perfectly in this cigar, especially in the robusto format, it’s extremely flavorful but not overpowering at all. I have given this cigar to beginners and not only could they handle it, but they loved it, I could see the light bulb go on. Box buy all day.

Mellow enough to be a morning maduro with your coffee. Dark chocolate and a hint of black coffee tones also give a slight bitterness along with a little earthiness here and there. Very enjoyable, even for someone like me who is not normally a maduro maniac.

Le careme is straight fire. This is a very dessert like stick. Cocoa, chocolate, black pepper, dried fruit and nuts. Every time I reach for one of these I know I’m in for a treat. Box worthy all day.

Straight chocolate here! This is one of my favorite all time blends from CH. From this I get straight milk chocolate, a little cedar and a medium roast coffee. It will get a little peppery on the tongue. I also get a light spearmint that flutters with that pepper. Just a total flavor bomb. The box press here is perfect. Great construction as well. Just a total banger on the blend here. 100% boxworthy
