Detailed Description
Papas Fritas translates to “French fries”—a playful nod to this cigar’s origin: made from the trimmings of the Liga Privada production, each stick is hand-rolled by expert torcedores at Drew Estate’s La Gran Fabrica in Estelí, Nicaragua. Despite its smaller size and mixed-filler format, the cigar retains the signature depth and character of the Liga Privada No. 9. It ignites with clouds of fragrant smoke, delivering flavors of dark chocolate, leather, sweet wood, coffee bean, and earthy bread. Pepper and cocoa notes grow richer through the session, with a smooth finish that keeps you coming back for more.
Reviewers and aficionados praise Papas Fritas for its outstanding construction and balanced profile—quickly becoming a favored “go-to” when time is short but quality can’t be compromised. From solo enjoyment to sharing with friends, this is a cigar that defies its size with exceptional taste and consistency every time.

This is a solid little smoke. Plenty of flavor in this petit corona. Nice oily wrapper that produces plenty of smoke and a nice white ash. From what I understand this is a short filler from the trimmings of the Liga privada lines. This is a good little smoke that gives me 50-60 minutes on this smoke. This delivers dark chocolate, coffee and hint of white pepper. These are great little smokes for when you don’t have a ton of time and the price is pretty great for what you’re getting.

For what this is, it was a solid smoke. Pretty straight forward with chocolate flavors and sweetness leading the way. At this price it’s worth having some of these in the humi.

Good short smoke, construction is good for a short filler, it is fairly one dimensional but the flavors are on point and it’s a 30 minute smoke. You get marshmallow sweetness, slight smokey taste with a bit of cocoa. If those flavors are up your alley then I’d look into purchasing them.

the Connecticut wrapper I thought gave this full bodied an interesting flavor. Short, but very intense in flavors. And mata fina a sweeter taste
