Wanted to try something a little more full flavor from MF and this fits the bill. Getting toasted oak, leather and dark roast coffee from this. The specimen I received looked like it had a few years of age on it since the cello had a lot of oils from the cigar. This was a very balanced stick in the flavors it delivered. Draw on this was right where I like it and nice smoke output. I’ve had these before but with this extra age on it it was fantastic!

It’s such a solid smoke for what you pay here. Lots of peppery citrusy notes as you would expect from the Pepins. It draw and burns great, if not the best blend flavor wise it’s still a cigar I’m always happy to smoke.

Sometimes you just get lucky. I like these and the H2Ks. Hadn’t had one in a minute so I decided to add one to an order. It’s been sitting in my travel locker for a while so I snagged it tonight, and lo and behold when I went to unwrap it I saw something that always puts a big smile on my face – crusty old cellophane. I don’t know how long oxfords had this one hiding on the back shelf, but it has years on it, and it is amazing. I’m tempted to order a box just in case I get this lucky again!

This is a great cigar for the golf course. Medium body and medium spice, and fairly consistent through the whole smoke. Solid construction and burn line has you would expect from the My Father line.
