I thoroughly enjoyed this lancero. Lanceros can be hit or miss on construction because it’s hard to roll. This one was good. Classic maduro flavors of cocoa, coffee and leather. Get a touch of spice on this. This is my second epic lancero I smoked and both performed well. Flavors were solid and construction good as it can be hard with this vitola. Killer price on them as well as it’s hard to touch a lancero under $10.

This cigar had some issues in the construction department. The draw was a little too tight and it had to be re-lit a few times. Still the flavor was actually nice, lots of cocoa and coffee, with a robust earthy finish. There was some cayenne on the retro and a cola sweetness to compliment it. Even with the build issues, for 5 bucks this was a no brained. If I needed humidor fillers I would buy a clutch of these, at that price it’s hard to say no.
