Very smooth and perfect draw. A bit of spice and dark roasted coffee with earthy notes. Will scoop again if I can get my hands on them!

Second in the Tatuaje Redux releases of the full-sized Monster Series, the Drac Redux 2 is an awesome torpedo (stake or fang shape depending on your affinity towards vampires). Flavors of bell pepper, earthy, fresh cut grass, oak wood, and a subtle sweetness combine to offer a medium-bodied smoke with rich complexity. Like the original blend, the dark Ecuadorian Habano wrapper covers a Nicaraguan binder and filler. The DR2 smoked well, tight solid ash, plenty of smoke from the slightly tight draw. Some lucky smokers/collectors received the black coffin shaped box, others the more common red one. Regardless, the cigars are the same. Definitely a cigar I’d smoke again.

I was a bit underwhelmed by it. A little transition on it. I got pepper, faint licorice and musky earth on the flavor notes. The biggest issue was that the cigar kept going out. I think is greatly affected the experience and getting the intended flavor notes.

The usual Tat greatness. Never miss the chance for any Redux, especially this one.

Never had an OG, but apparently the blend was tweaked in the monster mash and the redux. I loved this and the monster mash version. I will say the first Drac I had was a little wet. Smoked well but the second one I dry boxed for a few hours and it was even better. Highly recommend getting some if you can find them

Agree with the reviewer above—I like this release better than original. The novelty factor almost made me go for 5 stars, but that aside, it’s a 4 for me. It’s no Karloff, but it’s pretty good!

At some point along the line Pete tweaked this drac blend for the better. The old dracs were too spicy, but the new blend has a touch of sweetness to them. It’s really a great cigar.
