Thought this was solid. I usually don’t reach for much from punch but this looked delicious so why not. From this I’m getting a lot of charred meat, leather and oak, there is a faint black pepper note. This is a larger ring gauge than I usually reach for. The large flat cap made it hard to do my usual deep v cut so I had to use my guillotine cutter to do a straight cut. It lost a star in construction as I had to relight a few times. Overall a solid stick I enjoyed.
