Perfect, exactly what I hoped it would be. Beautiful nutty notes are the core of this, like creamy almond butter. There is a good amount of pepper just like you would expect of the Capa Especial, and a slight sourness from the Sumatra that Pete balances perfectly with the other spicy and earthy notes. There is a wonderful full bodied coffe element once I hit an inch in, with just a little touch of chocolate malt on the retrohale.
The construction was exemplary, just a great burn and draw, and the ash comes of in big chunks. I’m very pleased with this box purchase, no regrets.
