Another Bill Introduced to Exempt Premium Cigars from FDA Regulation

Rep. Byron Donalds, R-Fla., who introduced nearly identical legislation in December 2023, has introduced a bill that would exempt premium cigars from regulation by the FDA. It has almost no chance of passing.
