Easthampton, Mass. Passes Generational Tobacco Ban

Much like with the Tobacco 21 movement, generational tobacco bans are finding traction in Massachusetts. Easthampton’s ban, which goes into effect on Jan. 1, 2027, will prevent anyone born after 2005 from purchasing tobacco or nicotine products.
