Aganorsa Leaf thinks a bold cigar deserves a bold look, so the new Aganorsa Leaf Supreme Leaf comes packed in boxes of 10 that carry a brilliant purple and orange look. The Supreme Leaf sports a dark, Nicaraguan Corojo ’99 wrapper with binder and filler also from Nicaragua. All of the tobacco in the new cigar was grown by Aganorsa, the agricultural arm of owner Eduardo Fernández’s Nicaraguan conglomerate. These farms produced some of the most sort after brands on the market, and their tobacco is prized by cigar makers around the world. The Aganorsa Supreme Leaf is being produced at Tabacos Valle de Jalapa S.A. (TABSA) in Estelí, Nicaragua. Production is limited to 2,750 boxes.

Aganorsa Leaf Supreme Leaf Robusto, A surprising amount of transition from an Aganorsa Leaf Robusto. It moves from an intense leather in the first third to a more floral and nutty sweetness in the middle before reverting to pepper while the floral notes lessens. There’s also a signature Corojo earthiness throughout as well. Great cigar. Smooth (including retrohale). The Torpedo is more balance for some reason.

Aganorsa Leaf Supreme Leaf, Torpedo. This cigar delivers the goods when it comes to flavor, balance and complexity. It doesn’t transition a lot but is still damn good.
