A lot of times you’ll read a review that says such and such cigar is pretty good for a $6 cigar, but the AF Petit Corona maduro is a legit good cigar that just happens to cost only $6. The usual Gran Reserva profile of cedar and wood are there but with more body and some coffee and a little more pepper as well. The burn and draw are very good with plenty of smoke. A high quality product as we have come to expect from AF and OC.

I was very impressed by this little smoke. I normally reach for the natural wrappers from AF in their standard lineup but this maduro is delicious. I get blk coffee, leather and dark cocoa from this. I love the press on this cigar. Draw is great on this. This definitely smoked longer than I would’ve thought, I got around 1hr and 3 minutes. I liked that I got a little bit of black pepper as I worked into the second and final third. It’s not overly hot but a welcomed addition. Great little cigar to have to wind down the day.
