Had a day off so enjoyed one of these cigars with my 2nd cup of coffee and, I have to say, the two went together very well. The cigar burned well and produced a satisfyingly large amounts of smoke. The profile was on the mild side of medium with a good, complex mix of light oak, spices and (a little) white pepper. Could well be the most pleasant 80 minutes of the day.

Love the small ring gauge here. This was a great smoke. Gave me solid flavors of cedar, graham cracker and nutmeg. I was expecting some his to be a little punchier as most black label stuff is, but it never got above medium +. As I worked through the stick I got notes of white pepper on the back end. Really smoked nice with the construction being excellent. Great draw and burn. Would definitely smoke again.

I am a BLTC and BWS fan but I always buy the full-body bold cigars like the Bishops Blend, Killer Bees, the new Madonna Negra, etc. This is my first medium body from the brand and I loved it. This construction is perfect and the flavor profile is really enjoyable.

Bold and spicy, which is what I’ve come to expect from Black Label, it’s just their style. The wrapper had a well worked slightly bruised look to it that I loved, and the burn line and draw were impeccable. Lots of sharp pepper mixed with orange peel and dark chocolate, with a little sweet dark berry on the finish.
