A little stronger than I expected, but very pleasant overall. Interesting flavor profile to this, something floral, cinnamon, wheat crackers and salt, and almost a dark honey/molasses sweetness on the finish. The burn was a little wonky on this one but I have to say I’ve been very impressed with Cavaliers portfolio this year, they keep getting better.
