The Mil Dias story

The project began in the summer of 2017 at the IPCPR Trade Show, where Eradio Pichardo and Luciano Meirelles presented blend samples to Jon Huber. “To create a blend and innovate you need to take risks beyond conventional thinking,” Luciano Meirelles said of the project. “Mil Dias represents our relationship’s journey, and it also highlights the fruitfulness of our recently announced strategic alliance.” That alliance, formed in 2020, established a deeper partnership where ACE Prime’s cigars would be produced through Crowned Heads while Crowned Heads continued to leverage Tabacalera Pichardo’s factory. Mil Dias was the first major release under this new alliance, and its success validated the collaborative model that both companies have continued to build upon.
