I am thrilled to share my thoughts on the Curivari Buenaventura cigar line! This fantastic line is truly one of the best-kept secrets in the world of cigars. It’s hard to believe that such a high-quality cigar can be had for such an affordable price.
One of the things that sets the Buenaventura line apart from the rest is its heritage. These cigars come from the renowned Placensia factory in Nicaragua, where some of the world’s finest cigars are crafted. The Placensia family has been in the tobacco business for generations, and their expertise is evident in every puff of the Buenaventura.
Another standout feature of the Buenaventura line is the fact that all of the tobacco used in these cigars is Nicaraguan. This creates a unique and complex flavor profile that is both bold and nuanced. From the first draw to the last, you’ll be treated to a rich and satisfying smoke that is sure to please even the most discerning palate.
But perhaps the best thing about the Curivari Buenaventura cigar line is the price. At just $5-$6 per smoke, it’s hard to beat the value that these cigars offer. You simply won’t find a better cigar at this price point with the same premium heritage and quality of tobacco.
In conclusion, I cannot recommend the Curivari Buenaventura cigar line highly enough. Whether you’re a seasoned cigar smoker or a newcomer to the world of cigars, these cigars are sure to impress. So do yourself a favor and pick up a box today – you won’t be disappointed!

The standard BV line by Curivari is a great baseline. I call it a “Poor Man’s Padron” as the flavor profile and construction are very similar. My go to sticks are the Mini TVs when it’s cold out or I need a quick smoke, and the BV500. I’m curious to see what some aging will do with these, so I’m letting a box sit for a few years to see. Try one for yourself, then go check out the rest of what Curivari has to offer.

I would actually rate this 3.5 stars. Good construction, nice draw, not too strong. Flavor is decent although I preferred the LCA version more than the regular robusto. I probably won’t keep this one in regular rotation but may pick up another fiver and see what happens with a bit more rest.

Not the best from the company but a solid smoke.

I’ve really come to appreciate the BV line – excellent construction, solid draw, consistent burn, and great flavor to compliment – all for $5-6 for a stick! That’s an insane ROI if you tell me as a consumer. These tend to go on backorder often, so always say yes if you have an opportunity to cop a box.

I’ve been smoking my way through Curivari and I can’t say enough about this brand. Everything has been absolutely stellar from them. The value on these is absolutely unbeatable. This particular blend is really bringing down flavortown. I’m getting roasted nuts, slight cinnamon, light roast coffee and a nice creamy finish. The construction on these are awesome. Draw is perfect and burn is great. This is another absolute winner from Curivari and one that I’ll happily keep in my cabinet. The price on these is an absolute steal!

This full body cigar is pretty damn good. It has a produces a sweetness while keeping characteristics of creaminess and richness. Mind you, I am not describing a ultra premium cigar as it is a Sun $6 stick. Considering the price, I really enjoyed this cigar.

Definitely an underrated brand. Great pricing on all of their sticks and they deliver. Worth the try if you haven’t had one.

Curivari is one of my favorite cigar companies, but this cigar is just OK. I would pass on this and instead purchase something else by Curivari, like their cafe noir.
