Davidoff Winston Churchill Petit Panetela

For Davidoff aficionados, the Winston Churchill line is a special one – most are (for better or worse) fairly large, however. While other small Davidoff are quality (Primeros Classic and Maduro, Signature 1000), the Winston Churchill Petit Panatela is the only small Davidoff that has some real body and moderate strength behind it. In many ways, it’s the ideal morning cigar – at least for those who have to get to work at a reasonable hour! You can get through this in as little as fifteen minutes or enjoy it for a bout half an hour (without actively trying to prolong it) as unlike the Belicoso version, this one is indeed long-filler. Dark roast coffee, a bit of something that might be grapefruit (basically a pleasant acidity), and rich tobacco flavour. As it is relatively short, and relatively narrow, take care not to haul away on this too quickly or the nuances get lost and all you really taste is tobacco (which is quality, but you’re missing out at that point). Take a point from Winston and enjoy this leisurely with breakfast!
