This was the best of the Faldo’s I had. The construction is a lot easier to get right in a toro, and they did it here. Good draw, good amount of smoke output. Still not a great even burn, but not as troublesome as the rest of them I tried. The flavors were ok if a bit muddled, no quite as dirty and peppery as the other stuff I tried. This has some raisin sweetness and there’s a little more Cameroon spice apparent here too. Still nothing I would buy a box of, but a decent smoke.

The Falto Vejigante is a cigar that impresses from the very first glance. Its dark, oily wrapper leaf is beautifully rolled, with a smooth texture and minimal veins. The pre-light aroma is rich and complex, with notes of leather, earth, and a subtle sweetness.
Upon lighting, the cigar opens with a burst of baking spices and light pepper, followed by a rich and creamy smoke that’s full of flavor. Notes of espresso, dark chocolate, and cedar are prominent, with hints of leather and a subtle sweetness that linger in the background.
The construction of the Falto Vejigante is well done, with an even burn and a solid ash that holds on for an impressive length. The draw is effortless, allowing you to fully appreciate the complex flavors and aromas of the cigar.
As the smoke progresses, the spice and pepper fade away, giving way to a more balanced and nuanced flavor profile. The cigar becomes creamier and smoother, with the espresso and chocolate notes taking center stage.
Overall, the Falto Vejigante is a very good cigar that’s well worth trying if you don’t mind larger ring gauges smokes. It’s rich and flavorful, with excellent construction, and a complex, nuanced flavor profile. the sub $11 price point is earned, especially for a top-notch smoke that delivers a truly enjoyable smoking experience. I give it four stars out of five and would smoke it again.
