Been trying to get into Illusione more and since it’s pretty tasty stuff. From this I got a of baking spice, woodiness and some slight crushed red pepper. Some of my favorite smokes are a 56 ring gauge so I was right at home with this. Construction was on point for the most part. Did have to relight a couple of times so it lost points there but otherwise a fantastic smoke.

This is one of my absolute favorite big ring gauge cigars. When I first started working at my local lounge there was a half box of these sitting on the shelf that hadn’t been touched in years, tucked away out of sight. I was new so I was smoking my way through the humidor and I decided to try one of these. I don’t know how many years they had on them, but halfway through that first one I walked back into the humi to grab the rest of the box. This one from oxford definitely doesn’t have that age on it, but it was still phenomenal and brought me right back to the first one I ever smoked. Tons of milk chocolate and coffe, a nice mild chili spice, clove and cinnamon. I could dive deeper into the flavor profile, it’s complex and fantastic, but I’ll let you try for yourselves.
