Love these build-your-own samplers from Oxford! They allow you to get your favorites in many vitolas without a whole box commitment. In my case, the Padron 1964 is the cigar that I compare all others to. I know that 1926 is aged a bit longer, but it’s a bit too peppery for me. Although the 1964 is categorized as medium-full, it is so smooth and flavorful that it can be enjoyed by anyone. Intensely flavorful with dark chocolate and espresso tasting notes. I enjoy both natural and maduro versions; the maduro has a bit more chocolate flavor.
My favorite vitola in 1964 is the Torpedo, but with the build-your-own, I’m able to get some smaller vitolas (Hermoso, Principe) for when I’m short on time. If you’re a new smoker and want to get into the super premiums, try the different variations of the Padron 1964. You won’t be disappointed. And of course, pretty much all the Padrons are appreciated by more seasoned smokers. Padron is truly the Gold Standard in super premiums.

I’ve gotten multiple Padron samplers from Oxford. They have a solid selection of premium sizes which changes from time to time. Amazing offering with an additional discount. This allows me to stock up on favorites while trying to sizes I haven’t had before. Great option for people trying to explore the Padron brand. Check out the hermoso maduro, no. 35 in natural/maduro, principe natural, exclusivo natural/maduro, and no. 6 in both blends if you enjoy short powerful smokes.
