Altadis U.S.A. introduced La Boheme in 2014 and is reintroducing the cigar as Aging Room La Boheme. The cigars are made by AJ Fernandez and feature a Connecticut wrapper with filler and binder from Nicaragua.
Aging Room La Boheme comes in a 3 ½ x 46 Mimi ($17.90), 5 ⅛ x 52 Pittore ($23.92), 5 ¾ x 54 Poeta ($24.52) and 6 ¼ x 60 Musico ($24.90).
“The original La Boheme was introduced in 2014 as a tribute to the cigars my grandfather smoked in the small park near our home in Cuba,” Rafael Nodal, creator and co-owner of Aging Room Cigars and vice president of product capability at Tabacalera USA, said in a press release. “The new Aging Room La Boheme is a look to the future, featuring bolder flavors and unique tobaccos. It represents three of my passions: music, cigars, and Cuba—three passions in one cigar.”
It ships in January.
