Hawaii Legislators Introduce Generational Tobacco Ban Bill

Hawaii is the lastest state that will have the discussion about a generational tobacco ban. A bill introduced to the State Senate on Thursday would prohibit anyone born on or after Jan. 1, 2005 from purchasing, possessing or consuming a tobacco product or similar nicotine delivery product.
