Celebrating 60 Years of Cameroon

United Cigar and J.C. Newman will collaborate for the Cameroon Firecracker to honor the 60th anniversary of Stanford Newman’s discovery of Cameroon tobacco.

Slated for release in late August, the 3 ½ x 50  J.C. Newman Cameroon Firecracker ($9) will feature the Firecracker’s fuse cap, first introduced in 2007. It will be produced at Puros de Estelí Nicaragua, S.A.  factory.

Cameroon tobacco, cultivated in the West African countries of Cameroon and the Central African Republic, is revered for its unique climate and soil.
