Texas Legislator Once Again Introduces Bill to Ban Flavored Tobacco Products

After a similar bill failed to advance out of committee in 2023, a Houston legislator is once again trying to ban the sale of flavored tobacco products in Texas. There are no exemptions for any type of products in the ban, which was introduced on Friday.
