As anti-tobacco advocates search for new ways to restrict usage, generational tobacco bans have become a popular piece of legislation to introduce. The U.K. just passed one, Canada’s Health Minister is interested in the idea, and now a New York assemblywoman has introduced a bill that, if approved, would be the first to pass in the U.S.
