Denver’s Flavored Tobacco Sales Ban Appears Headed to Voters

A coalition of vape product retailers submitted approximately 17,000 signatures in hopes of getting at last 9,494 verified to put the ban to voters later this year. While the city could call for a special election, it would appear that voters will decide the matter as part of the scheduled November election.
