The Wooden Indian Tobacco Shop has partnered with Perdomo Cigars to release a special, limited-edition cigar honoring Dave Mayer’s 20th anniversary as owner of the iconic Havertown tobacconist. The commemorative cigar, titled Dave’s 20th Anniversary, also marks a double celebration as the Wooden Indian enters its 60th year in business in 2024.

“Nick and I have worked closely together since I first took over the shop,” said Dave Mayer. “To have a cigar crafted for this occasion by someone I’ve respected from the beginning is deeply meaningful—not just to me, but to our entire Wooden Indian community.”

“Dave has been both a great partner and a wonderful friend,” added Nick Perdomo Jr., President and CEO of Perdomo Cigars. “We wanted to create something that genuinely honors his two decades of dedication—and I believe this cigar does just that.”

The Dave’s 20th Anniversary cigar is a 6 x 54 Belicoso, a classic vitola from the Perdomo archives, featuring a special blend of 10-year-aged tobaccos. It boasts an elegant Ecuadorian Connecticut wrapper with Nicaraguan binder and filler tobaccos. Only 200 boxes will be produced, with each box containing ten cigars. The retail price is set at $129.90 per box.

This exclusive cigar will be available only through the Wooden Indian Tobacco Shop, located at 95 S Eagle Rd, Havertown, PA 19083. Orders can also be placed via their website at www.woodenindiantobacco.com.
