Hopkinton, Mass. Board of Health Approves NIcotine-Free Generation Regulations

Massachusetts is once again becoming a hotbed of tobacco regulations, as another town has passed a generational tobacco ban. When it goes into effect on July 1, persons born after Jan. 1, 2005 will be prohibited from purchasing tobacco in the Boston suburb of Hopkinton.
