U.K.’s Generational Tobacco Ban Moves to Final Stages

On Monday, the House of Lords passed the Tobacco and Vapes Bill, which would ban anyone born after 2008 from purchasing tobacco and vaping products in the U.K. An exemption for cigars or cigar retailers was not in the amendments passed by Lords, but they were mentioned in one speech.
