Cayman Cigar Company adds Sean Hardiman to Sales Team

Cayman Cigar Company is proud to announce Sean Hardiman will be joining Cayman Cigar Company as Eastern US Regional Sales Manager.

With the addition of Sean to the sales team, the organization will be undergoing some restructuring. Sean will be covering the Eastern US Region, and 30-year industry veteran Jared Biocca will be covering the Western US Region. Sean most notably served as the National Sales Manager for Forged Cigar Company from 2021 thru July 2025.

Sean joins a team of industry veterans, including Anthony Cantelmo and Rob Villalobos. Anthony is the former Director of Digital Marketing for Scandinavian Tobacco Group and a respected retail shop owner. Anthony also brings extensive sales and marketing experience from working with leading brands such as La Flor Dominicana, Crowned Heads, Black Label Trading Co., and AJ Fernandez.

Rob is also a seasoned industry veteran with years of experience running and managing some of Phoenix’s most prominent cigar retailers, including Fox Cigar Bar and Castro’s Cigar Lounge. He played a pivotal role in expanding Fox’s online business and previously worked with Gran Habano, further strengthening his expertise across both retail and brand operations.
