I like all of the Herrera Esteli line as Willy just knows how to blend great cigars. I get toasted almonds, earth and cedar. There is an inherent sweetness coming from the wrapper that is caramel brown sugar. Construction was great like usual. I don’t dig much of anything else from drew estate but the Herrera Esteli line is a constant winner for me

Wow – pre-light aroma of milk chocolate. Cigar starts with the same, a sweet, clear cocoa note with a medium-full body. Nuts, root vegetable (‘earth’), and a burnt caramel finish continue on from there. Is this really anything like a true Habano? I’d have to say no (there’s no ‘twang’ of any kind), so the name isn’t really the most appropriate, but it is a rich and complex cigar that is incredibly well-constructed, and so it still deserves a full five stars.
