It’s pretty good coffee, but I can tell that it’s starting to become a ghost of what it had been. I got hints of cherry and vanilla sweetness, a little citrus maybe but that was reaching. It’s a solid cup of coffee still, but I think after a few month post roasting they should take it off the shelf, because drinking somewhat stale coffee is doing the beans a disservice in a way. My first bag of coffee I tried from here was much fresher, and it showed. I will try all of these blends, but I hope the next few bags are more impressive. As for this bag it is drinkable and still enjoyable, I mean it beats the hell out of gas station coffee, but if the other bags I get are as old as this I’ll go ack to my local roasters in the future.

I just got this in the mail today and couldn’t wait to try it. I ground it up and make a fresh cup and wow! It really delivers on that citrus note. The chocolate is subtle and it’s a very clean finish. I don’t drink a ton of coffee so this bag will last me a little while. I know drink it straight as not to mask the wonderful flavor this delivers. I am excited to try the other roasts that this company offers. Great addition to the Oxford website!

A very clean cup washed coffee. Body is medium at most, the acidity is present but restrained enough to not dominate, and the flavours are largely consistent with the description, though I’d say the cream is more in the texture than in the actual flavour – the chocolate and mild citrus acidity are absolutely present. This is a quality coffee that exceeded my expectations, especially for the price. I’d like to see it offered in larger bags, if possible.

One of the best black coffees I’ve ever tried! The acidity balances beautifully with a creamy finish. The bloom on the pour-over is quite literally the best I have ever seen. I cannot recommend this coffee highly enough!
