I liked this smoke a lot more than expected. It didn’t knock my socks off since I didn’t expect too much from it, but the flavors were balanced.
I wouldn’t recommend pairing this with whiskey. It’s more of a rum or tequila smoke (maybe even mezcal).
That being said, I was feeling frisky and paired it with a cola and the spice from the cola went ok with the Tiger.
