With its Winter Cigar Dinner, Bertie recreated the success of the Summer edition. 40 passionadas and passionados gathered on a cold winter night for the first-ever event held on the Poolside of the St Regis Hong Kong.
Guests enjoyed pre-dinner drinks with an Arturo Fuente Don Carlos No.3 before moving on to the very long table for appetizers and a delicious buffet of main courses paired with Joya de Nicaragua Clásico Medio Siglo Robusto and C.L.E Corojo Corona.
The dinner ended with a selection of cheese and desserts, Oriental Gin, Armagnac de Marcillac 1972 and rare rhums and whiskies paired with the newly released Confidenciaal Torpedo and Villa Zamorano Danlí Toro. Eric Piras & Antoine Riberet also surprised the guests with a Juan Lopez Selection No. 2, offering a delightful panorama of cigar terroirs.
The volume of conversations and laughter increased as the night nicely moved along, and the cigar boxes were all empty at the end of the evening.
