CRA, PCA Ask Court to End FDA Lawsuit, Keep Current “Premium Cigar” Definition

The CRA and the PCA are asking the appeals court to reverse its earlier ruling and put an end to the “premium cigar” lawsuit. By contrast, the CAA would like the current ruling to stand, presumably so it can argue about that flavored cigars should also be exempt from regulation.
