Gurkha introduces Volition America among others at PCA 2025

Volition America is a premium cigar with a purpose, intended to honor America’s rich history and the sacrifices of its heroes by giving back to those who serve. They are available in three different wrapper options: Connecticut, Habano, Maduro and presented in 13-count boxes in red, white, or blue. The 13 cigars represent the 13 folds in the American flag. Each of the three blends are handcrafted in Nicaragua and available in 6 x 54 toro.

The company also released The Year of Snake. There are three different versions of this line each made at different factories in different countries including Casa Carillo (Dominican Republic), Oscar Valladares (Honduras), and Olivia de Nicaragua S.A. (Nicaragua). The Casa Carillo version uses a Ecuador corojo wrapper and is available in 6 ½ x 52 while the Oscar Valladares iteration features a habano wrapper measuring 6 x 52 and the Olivia version is a 6 ⅝ x 52 Mexican San Andreas maduro wrapped stick. There are only 750 boxes of 10 available for each version of this limited production line.

The third release is called the Fat Boy, a “chubby” Nicaraguan puro available in three vitolas with ring gauges as large as 66. This puro features a habano wrapper and is available in 4 x 60, 5 x 66, and 6 x 66.
