Cavalier Genève Cigars New Releases at PCA 2025

At this year’s PCA, Cavalier Genève Cigars welcomed attendees with a dynamic presentation led by founder Sébastien Decoppet, spotlighting two major product announcements: the launch of Project Broadleaf as a new core line and the unveiling of the brand’s Limited Edition 2025 (LE2025).

Project Broadleaf marks a bold new direction for the company, introducing a series of four annual releases built around the Connecticut Broadleaf wrapper. The inaugural edition, Skywalker (6 x 48), debuted in 50-count cabinets—limited to just 100 units. The limited availability generated immediate demand at the show, with the release selling out quickly. Skywalker features a Broadleaf wrapper fermented for over three years, paired with a San Andrés binder and fillers from Jalapa, Estelí, and Jamastrán.

The second installment, Boartamer (5.25 x 52), was also announced, packaged in 10-count aluminum foil bundles. With only 500 packs available globally, pre-orders opened at PCA, with shipping slated for June 2025. Two additional Project Broadleaf editions will follow later this year, establishing the line as a rotating core series with evolving blends.

Alongside the Project Broadleaf launch, Cavalier also showcased a pre-release of the LE2025, which will be offered in a 6.25 x 50 Parejo vitola with a closed foot and pigtail cap. As with previous Limited Editions, the blend remains undisclosed and will not be re-released. A total of 1,948 ten-count boxes were produced, with over 1,000 allocated to the U.S. and the rest destined for international markets. Shipping is scheduled for July 2025.
