Élevé is the first cigar to be announced by Constella Group, the joint venture between Luciano Cigars and Empresa Madeirense de Tabacos S.A. Casa Aficionado in Delaware, Ohio, which is home to a Luciano-branded lounge, will have the cigar exclusively for approximately two weeks before it heads to other stores.
