Wisconsin Assembly Passes Bill Allowing Cigar Bars, Sends to Senate

Since 2009, new cigar bars have not been allowed to open in Wisconsin due to the state’s smoking ban. A bill moving through the legislature could change that by exempting tobacco bars that meet a number of requirements.
