Plaintiffs Drop Lawsuit Over FDA’s Delayed Menthol Cigarette Ban

Rather than amending their lawsuit against the FDA, the plaintiffs have voluntarily dismissed it. They had hoped to force the FDA to introduce a menthol cigarette ban, which very likely would have led to a federal flavored cigar ban.
